Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (Movie)

What the movie is about

Harry Potter is about to begin his second year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry. But, he gets no letters from his friends. Later, he finds out that his letters had been stopped by a house – elf, who warns him not to return to Hogwarts, for Hogwarts isn’t safe this year.

Then, his friend Ron Weasley, and his brothers, take him away on a flying car. At the Burrow, Harry and the rest of the Weasleys go to by there books.

When Harry and Ron are about to pass through the barrier to enter platform 9 3/4, he finds that the barrier is closed. So they go to Hogwarts in style – in the flying car.

At Hogwarts, students are getting petrified by a mysterious monster, that only the heir of Salazar Slytherin can control. Harry is accused of being the heir of Slytherin, because of is ability to speak to snakes. But when Ginny Weasley is taken into the Chamber of Secrets, Harry goes into the Chamber and finds himself face to face with Tom Riddle, who he finds out to be Voldemort. Tom sets the monster, which turns out to be a basilisk (an animal that can kill if anything stares directly in it’s eyes), on Harry, but Harry is saved by Professor Dumbledore’s phoenix. He then stabs Tom Riddles diary, causing the actual Tom to vanish.

Why I like the movie

The movie interesting, and has a lot of interesting parts. The movie has a few gaps in the beginning and in the middle, but everything clears out in the end. I like the final turn out of the movie and I like the part where Harry gets the sword of Godric Gryffindor.
